Meet The Owner

Hi, I’m Ryder Hogan, founder of Great North Services. I was born in Toronto, Canada, and moved to Manhattan Beach when I was ten years old. Growing up here gave me a deep appreciation for the South Bay lifestyle — the people, the community, and the pride we all take in our homes and neighborhoods.

After studying Economics in college and working in sales for a professional cleaning company, I discovered a genuine passion for exterior cleaning and customer service. I went on to train at Doug Rucker’s Pressure Washing School in Houston, Texas, where I learned advanced techniques and best practices from some of the industry’s most respected professionals.

Today, I lead a small, dedicated team that shares the same values: honesty, hard work, and attention to detail. Whether we’re washing a family home in Redondo or a commercial property in Torrance, our goal is always the same — to deliver professional results with a personal touch.

Outside of work, I’m an athlete, musician, and family man — and I bring that same drive, focus, and pride into everything I do. Great North Services is more than a business to me; it’s my way of giving back to the community that’s given me so much.
